Hermetic (HERM): The compressor motor capacitance, usually the larger value (e.g., 35 MFD).
Fan: The fan motor capacitance for dual capacitors. Leave at 0 for single capacitors.
How to Use
- Find your values - Check the existing capacitor label or equipment specifications for the required MFD values.
- Enter Hermetic value - This is typically the larger number and powers the compressor motor.
- Enter Fan value - For dual capacitors, enter the fan motor value. For single capacitors, leave this blank or set to 0.
